deleting contacts from membership of a group

Contacts can belong to as many groups as you want.
You can remove contacts from the Group by clicking Add/Remove on the Contacts Tab of the Group

thanks Mike - I should have said that I am using ACT v.6.
The difficulty I am having is that I only moved a few (265) of the contacts from the original group to the newly-created group. So although I can create a look-up of that batch of contacts that I moved, I can't seem to delete just them from the original group that they were part of without deleting all the others in that original group.
hope that makes sense! - must be a way, and I've spend ages trying, just missing something simple I'm sure!!

No simple way in ACT! 6.0
Maybe try:
The only way in ACT! is to:
* create a new field
* Lookup the new group
* Use Edit | replace to put data into the new field
* Lookup the Old Group and then where the new field is empty
* create a new Group with the result
* delete the old group

I think, in Edit | Replace, if you put Ctrl-F5, it will know that as blank
