Deleted Wrong Partition - Help!!!

I have a friend with a hard drive with 2 partitions. After booting with a win xp cd he accidently deleted the wrong partition. The drive now has only one partition. He has not done anything else to the drive since then on the off chance he can restore the partition. Can someone suggest a fix for this dilemma.

Try System Restore.

Start-->All Programs-->Accessories-->System Tools-->System Restore

System Restore will not restore a deleted partition.
