Deleted Items not going to Deleted Items Folder!

I have a user (running WINNT) who deletes a message and it appears to be gone for good. It does not send it to the Deleted Items folder in Outlook 2000. However, it does send the Read receipts to the Deleted Items folder. I've checked to make sure "Empty Deleted Items folder upon exiting" is unchecked and I've turned off Auto Archive. Any other suggestions or thoughts...?

I found it! It wasn't deleting the messages - there was a filter applied to the folder which I didn't notice right away. Turned that off and all the messages magically "appeared" again. :) Gayle
