Deleted Items Column in System Manager showing 0

When I navigate to:
Exchange Organization -> Servers -> EXCHANGESERVER -> First Storage Group -> Mailbox Stoore -> Mailboxes and select "View -> Choose Columns" and enable the "Deleted Items (KB)" column, it shows as "0" for all mailboxes, regardless of the size of deleted items. I have seen this on three separate Exchange Servers that I have set up and on an Exchange 5.5 Server. Is there something I am doing wrong? Thanks.

Is the server Exchange 5.5 or 2000?

If it is 5.5 you can run isinteg -fix -test mailbox

You need the newest isinteg you can find. There is an article on mailbox resources being a problem in 5.5

If this is 2000 I haven't seen it yet. Dan
