Deleted Default Recipient Policy

Hi All, Any help gratefully received,

I have been setting up a new Exchange Server. While setting up new recipient policies, I deleted the default policy, since then I have discovered lots of articles telling me not to delete it (Doh!).

However, there dont seem to be any telling me how to recover from this boob. Any attempt to replace it or create any other new policy all fail with system errors.

Am I really going to have to reinstall this?

What are the exact errors you are getting when trying to create a new policy?

According to M$, you aren't supposed to be able to delete the default policy... how did you do it?

From what I've read in looking into this for you, it does seem like you will need to reinstall...

Oh bu..

Yes thought as much.

I changed Security and then deleted. Each time I try to recreate it I get errors. Cant say exactly what errors as I am on holiday.

Oh well!
