I was working in CF studio, and as I was saving my changes, CF studio locked up on me. It turned out that I had to reboot the CF server because it was running at a maximum usage and I couldn't do anything with it. I'm not sure why/how this happened.

Rebooting the server was no big deal. After the server was rebooted, I went back to my workstation, ran CF studio, and went back to the page I was working on.

Unfortunately, even though the file was there, all the code was completely removed. Gone, blank, deleted.

Does anyone know how/why this would happen? I really don't know what details I can provide other than it is a blank form (not a new form, but a blank form). In the line gutter, there is a single digit '1'.

This also happened to me about a month ago under similar circumstances. I decided to let that instance go, but since it has happened now a second time, I am a little concerned.

Yikes! My Studio gets massive errors, usually when I try to use File | New or convert all tags to a different case. This is only when it's been open for a little while though. I just save my files CONSTANTLY and expect Studio to crash any minute, that way I'm not surprised.

Thanks. Yes, I guess I was thinking that I just need to get into a routine of backing up hourly or so. I was just hoping that there was a known bug that I didn't know about. Oh well.
