Hello,

I ran a delete query on certain records and #Deleted now appears in every instance that a record was deleted. The problem is that when I go to a form and try to pull a report on one of the individuals who had an order deleted nothing appears but a msgbox saying record has been deleted.

My question is how do I get rid of the #Deleted records in my table and obviously how to get the form and report working correctly for these individuals again. I have no problem pulling this same report for other clients.

Thanks in advance,
Jim

hi

if you delete these records from a form and they was displaying on it, you must "requery" your form or subform

Thank you for the info. I was able to find the solution in Microsofts knowledge base. It seems that Access has a tendency to become corrupt when you are deleting from multiple tables. I was able to repair the database and move on.
