Delete voicemail from coresident NAM with ACD

We have a coresident NAM running ACD and voicemail where the voicemail portion is no longer working. We are looking for the specific OS2 files to change so we can turn off the voicemail on the NAM. We have installed a Call Pilot as the voicemail, but the NAM keeps trying to boot up the voicemail and we are hving conflicts. We have tried changing access codes, rebooting the systems, etc.
