Delete VMPro User

Can someone tell me how to compeltely delete a Voicemail Pro user.

I have already deleted the user on the swtich but they are still in the dail by name directory. I know that I can delete the users folder in the VM/Accounts but I don't know if this actually deletes them from the VMPro database.

Deleting the folder under the vm/accounts directory will delete that users account. You also need to delete the wav file with their name in the vm/names folder. That is the wave file that plays in the dial by directory.
