I know there is a way to automatically delete roaming profiles on Windows 2003 Terminal Server when a user logs off. I beleive it is a registry setting but not sure.

Does anyone know of how to do this or an article that explains it.

thanks

Administrative Tools - Terminal Services Configuration
Server Settings - Delete Temporary Folders on Exit?->YES
Can also be administered through Group Policy.

will this delete the profiles as well as temporary folders?

Yes. The contents of C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\ will be written back to roaming profile share.
