There is a VoIP system in place that forwards messages into user mailboxes in forms of .wav files. It lands in INBOX as regular email. When a person receives a message on her/his IP phone, the message can be listened to on the phone itself or from within the user's Outlook.

Would anybody know how to setup a rule i.e.:

DELETE ALL .WAV FILES OLDER THAN 4 WEEKS IN ALL OR SELECTED EXCHANGE MAILBOX FOLDERS

This would be very useful, for the mailboxes could grow
tremendously over time (let's say an average voice mail is about 200k, and there is around 125 users in the company)

Thanks Mark. It looks like a great idea and a working solution. I'm back at work on Monday and am looking forward to poke around it withing the next week.
