Delete Duplicates

I need to delete duplicates in my table. I have 1 table that needs to have all the duplicates taken out. I have another table that basically takes all of its records and puts them into the 1st table. When the 1st table gets these records it may already have records in it that match another record, and it may not have any matches. I need all the duplicates taken out of this 1st table. The thing is, i don't want ones taken out that have been edited previously to the insert of new records. i would like the new record taken out. I have no idea where to start on this.

Any help would be appreciated.
