Users are dialing 1704-xxx-xxxx for local numbers mistakenly. ARS was routing to long distance T-1.
Changed ARS Analysis to route to local CO lines but can not get the PBX to delete the 1 in front of the dial number string. Local numbers require 10 digits. The route pattern I used has Trunk group# FRL=3 Prefix Mark=0 Del digit=1 but according to the MicroCall accounting viewer of PBX printed call records the '1' is not being dropped. Any one have any ideas?
Thanks in advance for any help.
