Dear Expert,

Is it possible to delete the email which just sent out in a minute ?

Not really.

Was it sent to one mailbox, or a DL? If a single mailbox, you could log on as the Service account (or give your NT logon permissions to the recipient's mailbox), then create a profile for that mailbox, open with Outlook and delete the message.

It's more difficult if it's gone to many mailboxes.

ExMerge has some limited purging abilities based on searching the entire store for subject lines or attachment names (designed for purging a store of messages carrying particular viruses), this again needs to be run in a Service account context.

You can use recall in Outlook to remove if unread but not if it has been read, they just get a second email asking for permission to recall it.

Be careful with message recall: it's really a client implementation, not a server thing. Often it just works to draw attention to the fact that you want to recall the original message, which suddenly stands out in the recipient's mailbox!
