delete a mailbox

With Windows 2000 and Exchange 2000; a windows account was deleted but the mailbox was not. How does one then go back in and delete the mailbox?

It will delete itself after the retention period is up. If you didn't adjust, the default is 30 days. Or you can use Exchange System Manager and drill down to the store, find the mailbox and right clicking select purge.
