Delegation of control for moving computer objects

I have given control for resetting passwords, creating user and computer accounts.

Would someone be kind enough to share how to delegate control to allow a desktop support person to move computer objects between OUs without giving sweeping administrative rights?

I have the exact same problem. I can delegate control to create and delete computer object with no problem at all, but moving them between OUs is not working. I have tried a lot of different things. I suppose I will just have to keep doing it for them. "Hey, can you move this user's computer?" UGH! Steve
