Hi,

I'd like to have my Help Desk team be able to go into TS Mgr on their workstations, view a user's TS session details and remote-control the user's session. However, I do not want them to be Admins on the TS servers. The AD Delegation Wizard doesn't seem to work for what I want. Suggestions?

Thanks,
Jeff

I think what you want to do is use Remote Assistance for this.

I hope you find this post helpful. Please let me know if it was.

Mark

Thanks for your reply! However, what I'm looking for is a way to have my Help Desk troubleshoot the Terminal Server connection itself - like resetting it, looking at idle time, and taking remote control over the actual TS session. I believe this goes well beyond what Remote Assistance can do.
