Does anyone know how to setup delayed ringing to auto-attendant on voice mail pro installed on a 9.0 IP Office. Tried the above thread suggestion and still will not work.

Then you have done it wrong somewhere, I always do it the ways mentioned and it works fine :)

ICR destination is huntgroup 1, which overflows to sequential(!) huntgroup 2, which has one phantom user in it that has fwd unconditional (including HG calls) to shortcode which is something like *601//voicemail collect//"DayAA"

Troubleshoot it backwards once programmed in.

Does the short code dialed from an extension take you to the AA?
does calling the user extension number take you to the AA?
does calling the 2nd huntgroup - which must be sequential - take you to the AA?
does calling the 1st huntgroup take you to the AA after a delay?
does calling the main number take you to the AA after a delay?

ctaylor lower the timer for the overflow group to a value this is lower that the system no answer timer, I have seen these overflows not work due to the system/telephone/ no answer timer, so decrease your overflow timer below system no answer timer and retest

Wow, with Voicemail Pro, I just set the Voicemail answer time to send the call to Voicemail, and use a Leave Action for the Group to send the call to the Automated Attendant.
