Delay in mail delivery using CA'secure content manager'

Good day!

All emails are being delayed by one hour on the CA SCM.

Do you have an idea why this is happening? I'm very new to this product. Please help.

U need help? Dump the product. The company is very unstable and going down the drain. Don't expect support or good products from them. You will do good that way.
