Deinstalling phonemanager 3.2 1

i deinstalled phonemanager 3.2.28
that went alright but the 3.2.12 is still there and cannot be deinstalled ???
strange way of upgrading

Are you trying to get rid of Phone Manager all together?

Are you sure that both are uninstalled under Add/ Remove Programs?

Start -> Control Panel -> Add / Remove Programs -> Remove the Admin Suite

yes a total remove
i uninstalled ip office user suit
after that a restart and phonemanager started again
but still as 3.2.28
strange thing
can't uninstall phonemanager
in software it is now called phonemanager

Is it that Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs lists the User Suite can gives and error when you try and uninstall it? Is the \Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Phone Manager folder and files still there?

There are several ways to get rid of it.....muck around with the Registry if you know what you're doing, or try a product similar to System Mechanic by Iolo (

which will get rid of unwanted programs as well as lots of other things.

in control panel the user suit is gone
i deinstalled it and that went alright
after that i needed to reboot the pc
did that too
when the pc started up ,phonemanger started also
now phonemanager is in the control panel and i cant remove or repair it

only callstatus and upgrade wizard ???

Delete \\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Phone Manager and the shortcut in the Startup menu.

I had the same problem - did you install PM from the actual User CD, or from the componetns (where you can just install PM) - I can't remember what I did - but I think I had a go at installing then uninstalling both!

But you are right - after I uninstalled it, it was still installed and could be loaded from the directory! Weirds stuff
