Defrag for Windows 98 2

Several days ago I found a thread that provided a link to a defrag program called "newfrag". In addition to being free, it was the best defrag program I have ever seen or used. It help resolve some issues I had with the defrag program privided with win98SE. Could someone help me locate this program again?

If you can't get to a WinME computer, maybe someone can extract defrag.exe from the CD at:
x:\win9x\win_16.cab

It's not big, could send it to you.

I did download the Me version a while back, too, and it's a remarkable improvement. It was astonsihing to watch the Me defrag race through after the tedious plodding of 98.
I think i got my download at the 'Gazette' (lots of stuff), at
