When using the list measurements coverage-path today peak, it gives you a time, Meas Hour, is that a time frame and if so what is that time frame? If it says 1600 is that from 1500-1600 or 1530-1630 etc?

Thanks for any help with this...

This would be for the 1600 hour, 1600-1659.
