Definity w/ Octel voicemail

I am trying to connect my Nortel Meridian to my Definity system and share the OCTEL voice mail across ISDN PRI trunk (QSIG). The Octel resides at my Definity system. I am trying to get MWI to work across the ISDN PRI trunk so that my stations at the Meridian light up the MWI LED when a message is left.


Does anyone know how to administer NCA-TSC and how it works? :-?
