We have a G3r phone system which we purchased over ten years ago and I have the old Definity Site administration software to manage the system, which I love. We also have the new Avaya Integrated Management Site Administration software which I use sometimes but I have noticed that it works slower on our system. I was wanting to find out if there was anywhere still to obtain a copy of the old Definity Site Administration software to buy or even download somewhere. I have already done my google search looking for a site that would allow me to download it but had no luck. I have misplaced the Cd's for this awesome software and wanted to install it on one of our techs computers that backs me up on the phone system. Any help would be appreciated.

The DSA was very cool for a long time.. I still have it on an old laptop I use occasionally. If you dont find DSA, you can also use ASA which was the same interface, but updated when they became Avaya (ASA=Avaya Site Administration)

I have the older versions(DSA & ASA), but am in the same boat, I need to find/buy a newer version - 5.0.11 of ASA ...

You generally get a copy of ASA with your system software. Check the pile of CDs that came with your system.

Carpe dialem! (Seize the line!)

You can get all the updates for ASA at avaya support, but you cant get the original program file. Been there looked for it.. everywhere. I had to end up having the Government customer BUY another copy of it. Even though avaya records show they own it..., Avaya would not replace it .. had to buy it.
That was just wrong...

I have the Avaya Integrated Management Site Administration software on CD, which runs slower on our system, the Definity Site Administration software runs much faster on our older system. I would be happy if I could just obtain a copy of this older software.
