Definity ProLogix V8 / IP Office Integration

I have a customer that has two sites. One has a Definity Prologix V.8 and the other will have an IP Office. My understanding is that these two sites will be able to communicate via VoIP. The sites are connected by T1. What functionality will i have between the sites and what are some of the problems i may face connecting the sites? Also what should i have in place on the definity side to allow proper communications.

I worded that a little wrong. I am looking more for what the two systems will be able to do and what they wont be able to do. Also looking for what needs to be installed or set up on the definity side to allow this communication. Thanks
