Definity Lucent phone system - How to setup Observe 1

I have a Lucent Definity phone system. I am trying to change the OBSERVE code from 1010+5+Ext to something different. The problem is, I cannot remember what MENU/Window I am supposed to use to change that code. I though "change feature-access-codes" was the one that had this option listed. These are the choices it gave me that are relevant:

Service Observing Listen Only Access Code: 825
Service Observing Listen/Talk Access Code: 826

Neither of these relate to the access code 1010+5 that we use to observe employees. Is there another WINDOW/MENU that I should go into?

Chances are its being accessed via the remote service observing feature using Vector routing tables. 1010 is probably a VDN. E-mail me at the address the below & I'll send you a html file on using VRT's to set up remote service observing. It may help you figure out what has been done in your switch. Paul Beddows
