I have a processor went down on the Definity G3V4 load 077. I have call Avaya to re-enable the RTU, but the reply was they don't have the record, can't be re-enable the RTU. Does anybody know the init login for G3V4 load 077?

Was it the TEchnical Service Center that said that they couldn't find the records? There are some great technicians there, but some are lazy so U might have just got a lazy technician. If U haven't talked to the local Account Executive, then U might try them or call the TSC and see if the tech that answers will look harder for your record. IF nothing else ask to talk to a supervisor. Make sure U make a deal about getting their name and number so they know that if u don't get a resolution then U will talk to their supervisor on up the line. First level supervisors at Avaya are in very tenuous postitions and so U have a lot of power. Technicians on the other hand are protected by their Union so they can't be pushed around as much.
Try to find out if the system has been moved or the companies' name has changed. The harder U try to find the info on the system the more likely that u can get your RTU back.

I would also look for the IL# or more current FL#. That would make it a little easier for them to track down your switch info. You might even want to check with an Avaya business partner to gain the technical permissions. It seems that they may need/want your business more that Avaya does.
