Definity G3si - predictive dialer - not passing call number

Problem - need to pass our calling number from Noble Dialer over Tie line to PBX and out ISDN lines to the outside world. Noble Dialer allows us to input the phone number of our choice to display with any call list. Once we load the list and test, the number will not pass over the tie line and out to the world. We can however pass a display number over the ISDN if we load it in (ISDN public unknown numbering tcs gateway). Problem is we need to pass various display numbers rather than one set number.
Agents login to dialer by calling the TAC to tie line (trunk 9)
Tie line between PBX and dialer is trunk 8
ISDN is trunk 20
We have set the trunks to be passive but no luck sending the display from the dialer. Any thoughts?

first of all, what kind of signaling does your tie trunk use? is this isdn or any kind of cas?

Thanks dwalin - the tie line has to be changed over to ISDN PRI - that is the cause.
