Hi all, I need help. My system has a ph# like 555-5555 and I have just ordered an 800# thT WHEN dialed automatically goes to the 555 number by the telco. Is there any way I can configure the switch that when someone dials to us via the 800# the system recognizes that and sends it to as particular ext?

Actually what I think your explaining is a ready wats line. it's 800 service assoc. with one of your LDN's the drawback is that if the 800 is going to the LDN then you can only route the 800 where ever the LDN goes. if you had a T1 or copper DID you could have the telco send a different DNIS number when you call the 800 as apposed to the LDN. I hope this helps....
