I have a customer with a Definity V9 where the Intuity Audix completely crashed. They want to be able to program a button (on the console) so they can forward the calls to an outside number when they leave.
They also want to set up a button so that when the attendant needs to walk away from the console the calls will cover to another extension.
I am a little rusty with this, so it may sound simple but any help would be greatly appreciated. I can get into the system @ dadmin level. What can I do to set this up?
