Definity ECS v8 - Call Diversion

Hi,

We currently have some circuits down between our sites, I am trying to get the Definity to pass calls that would normally go over a Private Circuit to go over PSTN.

Any ideas ? We would normally dial a 3 figure access code to access the private trunks. I am trying to be as transparent to our customers as possible.

I assume these are extensions you are trying to route?. I'll assume you want to route extension 1234. easiest way is to blank out the aar code for extesion 1234.

Cha udp 1234

Then build a vdn 1234 point it to the DID you want it to route to over the PSTN.

I've done this to an auto attendant, then had the vector put in the extension also using the ~P works pretty well.
