Definity + Centrex CO lines = unable to detect hang up/Busytone singal

Hi,

Any1 encounter this before where caller left the line on a CO line yet the calls still remainal active/connected to the switch?
1. caller left the line after being push to audix but after the caller complete the message and left the line the voicemail still cling to the line and record the busytone
2. inbound calls reach agents with busytones. caller left line before agent could pick up.
3. all busytone calls are not able to get release by their own. only human intervention can resolve this.

any advisee??

I know no voice, I knew nothing about systems,
i know NUTS on networking, Therefore I dont know anything!
