Hi there,
Does anyone out there know if there is any way to test that Definity Call Classification is working for UK settings with out having to rely on the CTI application that is using it. I have a Genesys Dialler that is trying to use the call outcomes to decide what to do with the call being dialled. At present we get the message "(C_CALL_REJECTED C_NO_CLASSIFIERS)". I have checked that there are ports available peak usage is about 6, out of 56 ports.
Answering Machine Detection, Switch Classified Outbound Calls, and Global Call Classification are all truned on.
