Hello,

We are using Exchange 2003. We are in Boston.

We have a branch office in CA. The branch office uses Novell Groupwise Email.

Our users use both Email Systems. We use 2 different mail clients. Is there any way in Exchange 2003 to define more than 1 email address for the same user? Can I use Exchange 2003's System Mananger Recipient Policy to Carbon Copy the Groupwise Email address for the same user?

For example, if I send an email to Exchange 2003 at boston@company.com, can the groupwise email get copied on the same email at boston@cagroupwise.com?

Thanks for your help. -Boston.

If memory serves you'd have to set up a contact in AD for each groupwise e-mail address and then use the delivery options tab to forward to the contact and keep a copy within 2003.

Have you looked at using the Groupwise connector?

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,
