Can anyone tell me on the 4600 IP phones how to make the incoming call default to the headset rather than to the speaker without pressing the headset button? I have looked in options on the phones. Is it a global? in the admin programming? Eh....Thank you,

You need to set the phone to auto-answer all on page 2 of the station form and have the user press the headset button. Progam a release button so the user can release the line to make the phone go on-hook. Make sure to tell the user to turn off the headset button and/or activate send-calls when they leave their desk, otherwise a call will be presented to the phone even if the user is not at their desk/

I noted on the 9600 phone that under the menu, then options & settings, call setting, then to Audio path and you can check speaker or headset to default. Is anyone familiar with this on the 4600 phone? Whether you press the release or the headset button you are still having to touch the phone numerous times. Please let me know if you know if this is a new feature on the 9600 phones? Thank you,
