Default voicemail greeting

Hi,

I have a voicemail number..
It has a greeting recorded....post the greeting it says press 1 to disconnect
Press 2 to leave a voicemail someone on the system
Press 3 stay online something.........


Not sure why this is coming

I don't see this message for other vm box...after the greeting it just says after the tone record ur message

Please help

We are using version 7
We are using avaya aura messaging

Sounds like it’s using a caller app. With options 1-9 in theory.
