I have a intuity lx rackmounted but i do'nt know what is the password off sa or craft. It is a new intall.

I am afraid you are going to have to get that from Avaya. I understand it is not that much to have them dial in and change it to something you can use though.

If it's a new install, try craft with craftpw.

Once the switch is final registered, Avaya will change this...
