Can you reset the KSU password using a feature code like you can with the starmail? If so what is the procedure?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I looked in the frequently asked questions but didn't see any reference to this topic. I was able to connect to the RAD using the remote tools browser tool. I could see and change the installer password. I lucked out with though as I could not use the browser tool at 2 other sites. 1 is a DR5 and doesn't support the browser and another is version 6.02 and requires a new map file.
