Does anyone know if it is possible to have the default for a Yes/No field set to a blank? The reason I ask is because sometimes when entering data, the data is not availabe to answer whether it would be a Yes or a No.

Look at the checkbox properties and set the Triple State property to Yes. Set the default to Null.

I don't have it set up using a checkbox. I have it set up using a combo box with value list of Yes;No.

Hi

Best thing is to use a Text field instead of strictly Yes/No field. I often design a database with single character field (1=Yes, 2=No, 9=Unknown)

Cheers!
