Default Exchange Permissions

I have an issue in my exchange server 2000, all of my useres have rights to each others mail boxes, i am afraid to play with the permissions.
any ideas , how can i get the default Exchange permessions.

i think i found the problem ,, but to make sure, could anybody give me the permessions that he/she has on the Exchsrvr folder.
