Recently introduced an Exchange 2000 server into our Exchange Organization...

By default our email address is firstname.surname@domain.com, and a secoundry address of initials@domain.com, however I received a call by one of our users this week to say that there default address changed to initials by default - Checked our other user's address's and it has changed the default address for all of them.

I can only think that introducing the Exchange 2000 server it has changed the default address.

Any ideas ?

Many Thanks.
