Hello
Not sure if this is the correct forum, but here goes.
Our users have a default email address defined and a number of additional alias SMTP address created. The problem is that if an email is sent to an external address and an internal address the external recipient see's a different email address than the default one for the internal recipient. Make sense?
Is there a way in Exchange or Outlook to ensure that external emails only show the default email address for any internal recipients defined by the sender?
Thanks
