Hi

I have two DECT R4 base stations I am trying to install and connect to an IP500 v2 on 8.1 software. I have followed the manual step by step but end up with a constant flashing blue light on both which ever base station I connect to the customer network. I can ping the IPO from the base station but in system status I constantly see TLS errors as it is trying to connect. "Fatal error on connection" is the message and relates to HTTPS port. I have tried turning off HTTPS in the Base station settings but same happens.

I am going back to site today for round two, so any help would be gratefully received!

OK done that. Handsets just sit on "Please login" and *0*ext# just says NOT ALLOWED.......

The three extensions are in the IPO. This time it doesn't give me option to enter IMEI against extension, only set phone type. Presumably as provisioning is off on IPO?

Try adding the phone/user to the Dect-system then, click on Users> Add>

Kind regards

Gunnar

Make sure "Auto create extension" is enabled on the IP DECT trunk
Create a user in IP DECT with the IMEI number of the handset and the number of the above user.
Subscribe the phone and the user will be automatically loged in on the DECT handset.
If the phone asks for a login then the user is not created in IP DECT.

Thanks guys. Got them logged in by deleting the anonymous users and creating them on the base station. Manual didn't say I had to do that! Just could not get them to see the IPO users using the login command on the handset....
