DECT DCU

Does anybody know if the Standard IPO Dect CTI integration works with the DCU. In theory it should work

Correct it works just the same as the compact dect.
we have one installed on at least 1 site with full integration & no problems.

Can you help, we have a compact dect and are trying to get the PC with the initial software setup on it to talk to the units. I have tried using numerous cable pinouts etc but have no joy. Am i missing something ? What are the correct pin outs etc. Cheers

I would check your release notes i`m sure the IPO integration software need i certian level of DCU software + the integration was very flaky untill the latest release..

Most of our sites are K1500 DCU works OK at version 3.0

It would seem now that all DCU and Compact Dect issues are resolved with the latest Dect Release.

Couple of things to note however.

1, Make sure you make the SIO change otherwise you may still get the LAST CLI issue presented on 20DT's

2, Under the POTS extensions make sure you change the MAX width to 130MS otherwise the Recall Button does not always works.

3, Make sure you are running either a PCS 5 or PCS 7G or 7F compact dect base station.

Bring on 3.1 and Dect/IP solution where the fun games start allover agin. Looks like a monster. Has anybody configured one so far ???

Yes easy really the only problem was the integration software was flaky until the latest release think it came out August 1st since installing that with 3.0(59) my site has been stable..

PS. how was the advanced apps for you??
