I'm running 98 and I have a large ppt (just under 24MB) which I need to access from another workstation. Is there a way to either compress the ppt or to break it up into multiple files, but not interrupt the presentation?

Assuming you have no network and no communication app, can you not Winzip it to 20 floppy disks?

Have you tried "Pack & Go". Also, if the size of the presentation is related to the graphics you have inserted, you may want to re-insert them, but make sure they are JPGs rather than BMPs.

Sorry. I do have a network. I want to open the file on a workstation, but the file is on another wks. I think the file is too large to accomplish this and I'm look for ways to make it smaller. I will check on the graphic file types. Thanks Hasit.
