Can someone tell me what this statement is trying to do?

Update SERVRECTRANS Set INVOICENUM = :sINVOICENUM Where PONUM = :sPONUM And POLINENUM = :Costs.InvCosts[nNdx].nPOLINENUM And TRANSDATE = :dtMatchTransDate
