Declare tip without clocking in?

Is there a way for our staff to claim tips without clocking in? Often they will pick up tips on days off, can they go to the POS and enter it somehow?

No this is not possible but you can go into edit shifts for the previous day under functions>edit shifts> and add their tips in under their time clock punches for any day. Hope this helps
