i am new to C++, just learning it
when i was trying to compile a exe program
and it said that it can't load a bunch of files off Windows\System32\NTDLL.dll, USER32.dll, Kernel32.dll, GDI32.dll, imm32.dll, advapi32.dll, rpcrt4.dll, indicdll.dll, and so on
it follows by Cannot find or open a required DGB file
