Dear all,
I have communication manager 6
i just wanna know is it possible to integrate it with grandstream fxo and does we need session manager in order to integrate it or not

CM can do direct SIP trunks, but you should be using Session Manager. CM can't support SIP registrations - SM can.

So without SM, you might be able to get a SIP trunk to your gateway, but it'd be easier with SM than without it. If you wanted the FXO gateway to register as a station, you'd absolutely need Session Manager.
