We have several executive suite using a product called EVO which allows a PC connected to a 2616 data mod to screen pop the user information assigned to a DN. The EVO software does this by reading the clients name when a call comes to the receptionist(client DN is forwarded to the receptionist) in the executive suite. The clients DN's are either forwared by the client to the receptionist or the receptionist uses the bfs key (bfea is enabled) to trigger the forward.
The EVO software sends a short code (in this case *1) to the system throught the 2616 data connection to trigger the override when transfering a call to a client who has forward, make busy, etc active. CFHO is enabled on the set and an adl key is programmed with *1 for the overide process when the receptionist uses the set rather than the EVO software.
This system works relatively well with 2600 series sets. For some reason the transfer overide is not working on 3900 series sets.
Any Ideas ?

My mistake in typing, That is the way everythig is set up CFHO is * 1 and cfha is enabels on the receptionist set.
We do not have cls set to cfha on the clients set as we restrict the functionality.

Works properly with 2600 series sets, just not with 3900 series sets even with the latest firmware on the set.
